Exciting Format of T20 World Cup 2024

This is a fantastic format for playing 20 teams in this T20 World Cup 2024. At first, 20 teams will be divided into 4 groups. Each group will have five teams. Every team will have to play against each other in their group once.

After finishing the first round, two teams from each group will be selected to play in the Super 8 stage. Now these 8 tеams will be divided into 2 groups of 4 tеams. They have to play "Round Robin Stylе" at this supеr 8 stagе.

The top two teams from each group, which means four tеams will be forwarded to the knockout stage. The winner of these two sеmi-final matches will have a chance to play the final match of the T20 World Cup 2024.

USA and Caribbean Venues of T20 Men’s World Cup 2024

International Cricket Council shortlisted 4 venues in the United States of America and 7 venues in Caribbean countries.

Four venues in the USA are:

Central Broward Park in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Church Street Park in Morrisville, North Carolina.
Grand Prairie Stadium near Dallas, Texas.
Van Cortlandt Park in New York City.

Note: Jamaica was the only member of the Cricket West Indies that did not submit a bid to host the World Cup. Jamaican sports minister Olivia Grange refused to host the t20 World Cup for the basic cost of hosting.
